Privacy Policy

The laws regarding the protection of your data have changed dramatically and for the better. As we deal with both your information, and that of your children we aim to be as open and as transparent as possible.

Why we need your data

To book onto our classes we need to know who you are and how to contact you. We also need to know the age of your child(ren) to make sure the class is appropriate. We will hold details of your name, address, contact details, name and age of your child(ren) and details of the classes and events you have attended. Finally, when you are paying, the payment provider needs to know your details to verify the card (this information is not retained by us).

Who we share your data with

We share your data with third party companies who help us in processing the data in hosting the website and companies who process payments on our behalf.

Why we would prefer you opt-in to our communications

When booking for the first time we would prefer you opt-in so that we can tell you about any offers or when rebooking time comes around. Our classes can be very full and have waiting lists, so we would rather we make sure you know when it’s time to rebook. If you choose not to opt-in we will announce rebooking schedules at class and on our Social Media platforms.

Refunds Policy

We do not offer refunds after the first class has been attended. In the event your circumstances change whereby you are not able to attend the term of classes and have not attended one class, it is at the discretion of the class provider to issue you with a refund. If you or your child is sick or unwell, and unable to attend class, refunds will not be provided. If there is a force majore or extreme weather event, no refunds will be given and it is at the discretion of the class provider to reschedule an additional class if they choose to.

Media Policy

Expressed permission for photographs is asked at the time of booking. If you opt in you agree to give your permission to the company and trader; playdate magic can republish these images on social media pages, and on the website.

Class Policy

  • Parents/Guardians are not permitted to leave their child alone in the class. If a parent needs to use the toilet, they must take their child with them.
  • Taking photos or recordings during class activities is not allowed.
  • If you or your child are feeling unwell please take the correct measures and stay at home.
  • Please bring a muslin cloth or baby blanket with you so children may sit down on the mats provided on something soft.
  • Please wipe down your mat after use with the provided disinfectant wipes.
